Full Body Workout
Use the Air Skier to work your lower body in a gentle movement. This skier imitates the action of slalom skiing and strengthens and tones the abdominal muscles, obliques and the lower back.
Two pupils can use this machine at once and motivate each other during the workout.

How to Use
Place both feet on the singular leg plate and hold onto the handles in front.
Use the pivoting machine to swing the legs side to side in a swinging, oscillating movement.
